Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be processed only in the event of: double payment due to technical error, or program cancellation by Quantevo BizTech.
2. In all other cases, payments are non-refundable and may only be adjusted as per the cancellation policy.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Quantevo BizTech is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or CCAvenue.
4. Registration fees, convenience charges, or applicable taxes are non-refundable.
