Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled program date for a full credit note (redeemable against future programs).
Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the program will attract a 50% deduction.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the program will not be eligible for credit or refund.
For customized corporate training engagements: once a contract/proposal is signed and payment is made, cancellations are generally not permitted. In case of extraordinary circumstances, management may consider partial credit for rescheduling, subject to mutual agreement.
Participants who do not attend the program without prior cancellation will be treated as ‘no-shows’ and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
